By downloading or using ZetaScan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ZetaScan lets you scan documents, import files, run on-device OCR, search your library, view and edit PDFs (including merge, split, rotate, compress, markup, forms, e-sign, watermarks, and password protection), organize content in folders/tags, share or print, and use related features such as Share Extension, widgets, and Shortcuts.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZetaScan on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms and these Terms.
You retain ownership of documents and files you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to scan, store, and share that content. You agree not to use ZetaScan for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
By default, your library is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device and any optional iCloud sync you enable. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device failure, deletion, OS issues, or iCloud configuration.
App Lock, folder locks, and PDF passwords are convenience and protection tools. Folder locks do not encrypt files at rest the same way PDF password protection does. You remain responsible for protecting sensitive documents.
If Pro or other paid features (such as iCloud sync) are offered later via Apple In-App Purchase, Apple’s billing terms apply. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law; attempt to bypass security features; misuse Share Extension or system integrations; or use the app in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
