  1. WHAT REPWAKE IS

Repwake is a wake-up alarm app. It provides alarms, selectable sounds, camera-based exercise challenges, plank holds, math challenges, typing challenges, shake challenges, local progress history, achievements, and optional Strict Mode.

Repwake is not a medical device, emergency service, healthcare provider, fitness trainer, sleep-treatment service, or guarantee that you will wake up at a particular time.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBLE USE

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Repwake only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for:

Do not rely on Repwake as your sole wake-up method for an emergency, medical need, flight, examination, work obligation, court date, or any other critical event.

  1. PHYSICAL SAFETY

Exercise challenges require physical activity. Do not use them while driving, walking in traffic, operating equipment, in an unsafe location, when injured, when dizzy, when ill, or when exercise could otherwise be unsafe.

Choose a challenge and target appropriate to your own ability. If you have a medical condition, injury, mobility limitation, pregnancy-related concern, or any concern about physical activity, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using exercise challenges.

You may choose Math, Typing, or Shake challenges instead of exercise challenges. You remain responsible for deciding whether a challenge is safe.
