PhotoShrink respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

Data Collection

PhotoShrink does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app:

• Does not track users
• Does not require accounts or sign-in
• Does not connect to the internet for processing
• Does not access your photo library (only processes photos you select through the system picker)

On-Device Processing

All photo and video compression happens entirely on your device. Your media never leaves your iPhone or iPad.

Metadata

By default, PhotoShrink strips location data from compressed photos. Optional metadata removal can remove camera, lens, timestamp, and caption information. You control which metadata is preserved.

Photo Library Access

PhotoShrink only accesses the Photos library when:

• You explicitly select photos through the system picker
• You choose to save compressed results back to Photos

The app does not scan or read your entire library.
