1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Maple Habit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Maple Habit

Maple Habit is a minimal iOS habit tracker designed to help you build daily habits, focus, and consistency.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the App. If you are under the age required to consent to services in your country, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Your Data & Storage

a. Habit data

Habit-related data you create (habits, routines, progress) is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

b. Responsibility for your device

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs through your use of the App.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

Maple Habit may offer paid features through Apple In-App Purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple, not by us.
Your purchase may be subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Refunds and billing issues must be handled through Apple.
