  1. App Store Terms

If you downloaded GlowCut from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, except where these Terms provide additional terms that do not conflict with Apple’s terms.

  1. Use of GlowCut

GlowCut lets you choose hairstyle references and generate AI hairstyle previews from photos you provide. Results are for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only. GlowCut does not provide professional hair, beauty, medical, or identity advice, and generated previews may be inaccurate.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowCut. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use GlowCut only with permission from a parent or guardian.

  1. Your Photos and Content

You retain your rights to photos you upload. By using GlowCut, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, and display your uploaded photos and generated results only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve GlowCut.

You confirm that you have the right and permission to upload any photo you submit. Do not upload photos of another person unless you have their permission. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, explicit, infringing, or abusive content.

  1. AI Results

AI-generated hairstyle previews may not match real-world haircuts, colors, textures, or styling outcomes. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the previews.

  1. Purchases and Subscriptions

GlowCut may offer paid features, premium access, free trials, or auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple’s rules. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
