GlowCut (“GlowCut,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and how it is retained when you use GlowCut: AI Hairstyle Try On.

GlowCut may collect or process the following information:
Photos and Images You may choose or take a selfie to generate AI hairstyle preview images. The selected photo may contain your face.
Generated Images GlowCut creates hairstyle preview images based on the photo and hairstyle style you select.
Device ID GlowCut may use a device identifier to provide app functionality, manage generation requests, prevent abuse, and support subscription access.
Generation Request Information When you request a hairstyle preview, GlowCut may process the selected hairstyle, style ID, request ID, prompt text, subscription status, generation settings, and related technical information.
Purchase and Subscription Information If you purchase a subscription, purchase status and subscription entitlement information may be processed through Apple App Store and our subscription service provider.
Support Information If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message.
GlowCut lets you choose or take a selfie to generate hairstyle preview images. The app does not create face templates, faceprints, biometric identifiers, or use face recognition to identify a person. The app may process a photo that contains a face only to generate the hairstyle preview requested by the user.
Before generation, GlowCut sends the selected selfie, selected hairstyle reference image, device ID, style ID, request ID, prompt text, subscription status, and generation settings to GlowCut's generation server. GlowCut's generation server uses Google Gemini AI to generate preview images.
GlowCut uses this data only to provide app functionality: preparing, generating, returning, displaying, saving, sharing when requested, and troubleshooting hairstyle preview results.
GlowCut does not sell this data and does not use it for advertising or tracking. Google Gemini AI processes the image as GlowCut's AI service provider for this feature. We require service providers that process user photos for GlowCut to process the data only for the requested app functionality and to provide the same or equal protection for the data.
The selected selfie is stored locally in the app sandbox for the current preview flow and may remain there until the user selects a different photo, clears app data, or deletes the app. Generation request inputs on GlowCut's server are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver the preview and are deleted within 24 hours. Generated preview images may be retained for up to 30 days so the user can view, save, share, or retry the result. GlowCut does not retain face templates because no face templates are created.
